The COVID-19 pandemic caused immense hardship globally, leading to tragic loss of life and widespread unemployment. In Nepal, many families faced severe challenges in meeting their daily needs, including access to food.

In response to this crisis, HISCOD Nepal initiated a program to distribute food and essential food supplies to vulnerable individuals and families in the Kathmandu area. Our efforts focused on reaching those most impacted by the pandemic's economic fallout, ensuring they had access to vital nourishment during these difficult times.
